His career includes leadership roles across London, New York, and Dublin, managing fine-dining and multi-store operations in the fast-casual sector. As the former Operations Director for Eddie Rocket’s, Jonathan led the brand’s expansion for 15 years. He later founded Frontline Hospitality Services, advising prominent brands like Freshly Chopped, Maxol, and Britvic. Jonathan’s expertise in franchise development and operational excellence has been instrumental in driving success at KnightBridge, where his leadership continues to shape the firm’s strategic growth.
